S.C. AEROFINA S.A has dedicated most of its innovative efforts to the design, development, fabrication and testing of control systems, associated test equipment and ground support equipment.
The company has participated in all major Romanian aircraft programs (IAR 93, IAR 99, IAR 316, IAR 330) by equipping the aircraft with flight instruments and avionics.
S.C. AEROFINA S.A. has always been active in R&D programs. We have engaged in the design, development and production of Gyroscopic Instruments, Autopilot Components and Control Systems for aircraft, missiles and torpedoes. Participation within the national programs has included systems design, fabrication, environmental testing, stability analysis and technical directions for flight test programs. In this area the enterprise develops the programs regarding the following: Ejection Seat, Data Acquisition and Recording System with Static Memories, the Launcher for MAGIC 2 Missile.
In order to achieve and maintain the high level quality required by its products, S.C. AEROFINA S.A. runs its output with highly skilled personnel.
The company has now a potential for full scale test programs on electrical, electro - mechanical and electronic systems.
The test equipment and facilities equal or exceed any of the requirements for such testing as called out by present - day specifications.
