Short description:

There are now approximately 600 students in the Faculty of Physics, divided into four branches: Physics, Technological Physics, Medical Physics and Biophysics. At present, the faculty comprises five departments:

-Electricity and Physical Electronics,

-Optics and Spectroscopy,

-Plasma Physics and Structure of Matter,

-Solid State Physics,

-Theoretical Physics,

each encompassing a wide range of teaching specialises.
